Housing Albemarle, adopted by the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors in July 2021, provides the tools necessary to meet the diverse housing needs of all County residents regardless of income, age, or other special needs. Stacy Pethia, Assistant Director of Housing for Albemarle County, will provide information about housing needs in the county, as well as an update on progress towards meeting the County’s housing goals.
